After his debut tape released earlier this year on Reject and Fade, Dj R. Tango is back. The noise remains, but the ambient soundscapes are replaced with 4/4 rhythms, glitches and bleeps. The excellent Hungarian live act duo DirekTorz takes the original track into much deeper territory and what a journey it is. Opal Tapes’ boss Basic House takes some parts of Claws and turns them into a “noisefest” in his own words and we couldn’t have explained it better. Heavy package.
